Pop singer Alicia Keys made a video invitation to House Speaker Paul Ryan to be her Valentine. However, there is a catch: he must bring criminal justice reform to a vote.

Her plea dripped with sensual sarcasm as she ogled a picture of the speaker working out:

I never saw the speaker of the House working out before. He must be cool! Are you cool, Paul? Show me how cool you are. In fact, you can even be my Valentine if you help me spread some love.

Keys goes on to say too many families are torn apart through excessive incarceration and need to get help for their problems instead.

"Can you do that, Paul?" Keys continues, with a sultry, flirty look, "I know you can."

As "incentive," Keys offers a love note and asks others to follow her lead and send Ryan "some love:"

You're welcome in advance for the thousands of love notes that are coming your way.

"I think you're so special. And keep me posted," she says, adding to the sarcasm, "about all our progress and how we can work together."

She ends with a kiss and a liberal wink:
