7-Time Deportee Charged with Stabbing Man’s Neck in California

In case you needed another example why sanctuary cities are a terrible idea…

Last year, 39-year-old Eulalio Miniz Orozco got up from his table at a diner in Santa Rosa, California, and tried to murder a 61-year-old man sitting nearby. The San Francisco Gate has the details:

As seen on a surveillance video at the restaurant, on the evening of Dec. 21, two men were sitting at separate tables and eating at Lola’s Market. They did not speak to each other throughout their meals. Apparently without provocation, one of the men stood up and stabbed the other in the neck, then fled the scene. The victim, a 61-year-old man, was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. He remained in the hospital Thursday and his condition was upgraded to stable.

The suspect was apprehended a week later and booked into jail on charges of attempted murder.

Now, The Daily Caller has learned through communications with an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent that Orozco, also known as Ricardo Valesquez-Romero, “has been repatriated to his native Mexico seven times since 2007.”

“Records indicate Mr. Velasquez also has multiple prior criminal convictions, including those from felony drug and weapons charge,” said James Schwab, an ICE spokesman.

Orozco/Velasquez had been living in Santa Rosa for two months prior to the incident.

Over the last six years, over 370,000 illegal aliens, like Orozco, have been deported after being convicted of either aggravated felonies or other felonies, according to Homeland Security.

And yet, Democrats are working 24/7 to keep illegal aliens in this country safe from our laws while ignoring the threats to legal citizens. Good luck in 2018!
