In case you didn't know, the First Lady wants you to get off your butt and "move." In response to her husband's YouTube challenge (below) delivered on the anniversary of her anti-obesity "Let's Move" campaign, Michelle posted a video showing how to work out "FLOTUS-style":
The video (above) shows her kickboxing, crushing 35-pound dumbbells (better than her husband could do), jump-roping, and slinging the medicine ball. The media is obviously eating it up.
The "#GimmeFive" campaign has featured Michelle making the rounds on talk shows, excercise-ish events, and even has its own dance, as Michelle and Ellen demonstrated in their "dance-off."
