Las Vegas Metro police arrested 28-year-old Roger Fraley inside the Trump International Hotel on Wednesday afternoon just after he intentionally set two fires at the property.
Police found toasters and towels in the women’s restroom on the pool deck and on the 17th floor of the hotel. The ones on that floor were smoking but were easily extinguished by firefighters. A security officer was injured as he held Fraley in custody.
Investigators have said that no evidence points to the arson as politically motivated. Metro police said in a statement:
Though an exact motive remains unknown, evidence at the scene and information gathered by investigators suggests that this incident was not politically motivated.
According to the Las Vegas Sun, Fraley told his arresting officers that “he wanted to create mischief.” He is currently being held on $90,000 bail.

Exit thought by conservative columnist Stephen Miller who isn't buying that this wasn't a political act. Miller rightly points out that the media won't ever say that the resistance to Trump has gone too far:
with added insert of Fraley mugshot.
