On Monday, Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) got a taste of her own medicine when a constituent called for her impeachment and caught the congresswoman’s reaction on video.

It started with the woman telling Waters that she has called her office multiple times and sent e-mails asking for five minutes of her time. 

“You’re one of 700,000,” said an uninterested Waters.

The conversation quickly turned to President Trump and Waters didn’t hold back her feelings:

“I can’t stand him. He’s the most horrible man I’ve ever seen in my life.”

The woman informed Waters, “I love my president.”

“I’m glad you do,” Waters prickled. 

The woman directly confronted Waters on her refusal to represent all her constituents by always criticizing the president.

“Your president is a dishonorable, lying man,” Waters explained, launching into the campaign accusations that he made fun of a disabled reporter and the mostly forgotten “grab her by the p——“ tapes.

“He lies every day,” Waters added.

The congresswoman stayed the course, attacking Trump for being “in bed with Putin,” and other Russian “oligarchs,” and warned, “They’re going to take us down!”

The constituent addressed the accusations of lying and grabbing private parts and told Waters how that reminded her of President Bill Clinton. Waters was having none of that:

“I don’t care about Clinton! I care about this [president] - Listen, I’m going to work every day until I get him impeached.”

Then, Waters was confronted with the novel idea of being unseated herself as the woman said she would work everyday to see that the congresswoman is impeached.

However, Waters was quite confident her job is secure:

“You can’t impeach a member of Congress! No, you cannot impeach a member of Congress.”

Waters doesn’t know her Constitution. Article II, Section 4 gives Congress the power to impeach the president, vice president, or any civil officer. That’s you, Mrs. Waters.

In related news, a petition at WhiteHouse.gov has launched seeking 100,000 signatures to “expel Maxine Waters from Congress for favoring sharia law.” As of this writing, only 23 have signed.
