Following Trump's election to POTUS last week, Hillary's supporters among the celebrity class have referred to her loss in all kinds of colorful ways: De Niro called it 9/11 part deux, Katy Perry called for a revolution, Miley Cyrus and Lady Gaga cried in their respective safe spaces, and now Sarah Silverman calls it "The Great Depression."
Lamenting on Twitter, the former Bernie Sanders supporter who sold out to Queen Hillary Clinton in spite of evidence showing she rigged the primary against him said the "pain" of losing feels like losing everything you own, even though Silverman has an estimated net worth of $10 million.
After a few Twitter users called her out on the asinine nature of her statement, Silverman shot back with this fun tidbit:
You go girl! Another user put it more succinctly:
Two American tragedies have been likened to Trump's victory, one involving the death of 3,000 people. The holocaust still remains up for grabs, but the sky's the limit for the snowflake generation. Any takers?
