2015 was "the year Obama stopped giving any f***s," and according to Rolling Stone, deserves a wild round of applause.

The President's so-called mic drop moment at his State of the Union in January, and inviting a Muslim boy and his clock/bomb to the White House in October, are just a few of the "highlights from the year of DGAF [Don't Give A F***] Obama" featured in the piece.

Also included are other really important moments, like the president using a selfie stick, having a "hot wife," giving Kanye West campaign advice, and mocking Republicans. Because that's the mark of a great President, indeed.

Obama treated 2015 a little like his senior spring.

There are some on the fringes of American society who have long believed President Obama isn't the person he purports to be. And, in at least one way, they're correct: Until now, Obama has presented himself as someone who can at least sorta-kinda deal with bulls***, as it is his job to do.

But 2015 was the year Obama dropped the pretense. It was the year he openly bashed birthers, and skewered whiney Republicans in a harsher way than ever before. He also showed he's gotten even more comfortable making bold moves, to hell with what his critics say (and his critics, as always, had plenty to say).

And all of this from a magazine that turned Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev into a glorified rock star on its cover. That alone certainly gives their assessment of President Obama credence, right? Perhaps its Rolling Stone that DGAF.
