Fear-mongering. That's surely what they'll say. But what they ought to say, what any honest person would say, is "accurate." The new ad from the RNC is deadly accurate. And it blows the DNC's ad out of the water.
One cannot help but immediately notice the difference between the two ads. As TruthRevolt wrote last week, "if you ignore history, political savvy, and accuracy" and instead embrace "two-faced, moronic, grave-spitting," the DNC's ad was "at least as good an ad as the one put out by ISIS." Not so with this new one from the RNC, which plays the Democrats' own terrible audio back at them.
At Hot Air, Guy Benson agrees:
Whereas Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s commercial scolds Republicans for using accurate and widely-accepted rhetoric in response to real threats, the RNC spot rounds up recent lowlights from the Smart Power elite, reminding voters of the Left’s congenital weakness on national security.
The President's terrible leadership on ISIS, which continued today in bashing our coalition partners, is exactly what Hillary has promised to continue. The RNC asks if we can trust leaders like that in the war against ISIS and radical Islam.
