Matthews: Jindal went 'Crazy' on Obama

Chris Matthews started a segment on Tuesday stating that he invited Republican Governor Bobby Jindal of Louisiana on to discuss his back-and-forth banter with Gov. Dannel Malloy (D-CT) on Tuesday's edition of Hardball. After claiming Jindal had ignored his calls, Matthews then publicly scolded the GOP governor for his behavior after their meeting with President Obama at the White House.

Since Jindal did not join Gov. Malloy, Matthews welcomed MSNBC contributor and former RNC chairman Michael Steele on for a debate. Steele could barely get a word in. Whenever Matthews would toss to the governor, he would rant about income equality, a fair minimum wage, and equal pay for women. After introducing his guests Matthews exclaimed Jindal was "dying" in the polling and that he's doing anything he can for national attention.

You know, risk being a little over the top in order to get the attention of the press because the right wing, I thought about this you can't go too far right for the Republicans these days! There is no far right!

He then continued to talk about how generous he thought Obama was toward the Republican governors,

So go crazy against the president right after he's fed you, gave you coffee, gave you a place to sit! Let you in the White House and on your way out the door you trash the guy!
