A reluctant Donald Trump supporter, who held out in the "Never Trump" camp for as long as he could until finally coming to his senses, has some good advice for President Trump: for the love of God, keep tweeting. 

Typically, the reluctant Trump supporters and even his close allies lament Trump's incessant tweeting, usually pointed at the "fake news" media or Saturday Night Live or Meryl Streep. Sometimes he invents new words – Covfefe – and sometimes he trolls his enemies. The policy wonks want this to stop, but Levin says no, and encourages Trump to keep tweeting more and more. 

“[I] want to thank the president for something — he gets attacked for this,” Levin said on his show. “Thank you for taking on the media. It’s a damn about time somebody did. Don’t stop tweeting. Be more careful with your tweets, but don’t stop tweeting because you’re able to go over the head of the media the way Reagan did with his speeches. He could be more careful. I don’t care. Are the media careful about what they report? No. In any event, I’m one of those — count me in the minority that says, ‘Keep at it, keep at it, keep at it.'”

He has a point. While the occasional "Covfefe" gaffes produce a face-palm or two, his hitting back at our lying media is a welcome contrast to the era of George W. Bush, who elected to play the helpless pinata as the media continuously hammered him with lies regarding the Iraq war. 

Nobody in the GOP -- not Cruz, not McConnell, not Rubio, forget Jeb Bush -- would ever have the brass balls to tweet FNN (Fake News Network) in mockery of CNN after they published a false news story to perpetuate a witch hunt of an investigation into Trump's thoroughly disproved collusion with Russia to steal the election from Hillary Clinton.
