Self-described Activist Attorney General Eric Holder will officially announce today that he will be stepping down from his position once a replacement is found. In response to the news, Mark Levin made his own announcement: The GOP needs to “throw the book” at the “corrupt hack.”
Levin, a lawyer, author, nationally syndicated radio host, and former member of the Reagan administration, has been a vocal critic of Holder, who he has accused of willfully and consistently defying the Constitution. Levin’s organization Landmark Legal Foundation was created to push back against government abuse of power through litigation and other initiatives.
