Letterman: Trump Has No Soul, 'Makes Me Sick'

“It makes me sick.”

Former late-night host David Letterman says President Trump has no soul and that he makes him sick.

Speaking with GQ magazine, Letterman unloaded his hatred of President Trump, painting him as the worst human being to sit in the Oval Office.

“I’m disappointed that this man is representing me and my country,” Letterman said. “It makes me sick.”

Though he hates President Trump, he said he has no regrets of hosting him on his show.

“He was just a big, wealthy dope who’d come on and we would make fun of his hair. I would refer to him as a slumlord,” he said.

Letterman also peered behind Trump's veneer to see he had no soul.

“But now, this goon… I don’t know,” he said. “He’s demonstrated himself to be a man without a core, a man without a soul. Is there a guy in there?”

If he could interview Trump once more, he would ask him one question.

“I would love to have 90 minutes with him in a TV studio, just to talk to the guy,” he said. “I would just like to say, ‘All right, Don: What the f*ck happened?'”

Prior to his election, Letterman called Trump a "damaged human being" who should be "shunned." But American voters felt differently.
