It's quite tiring to hear millennials render their opinions on subjects they know very little about.
Enter actress and activist Lena Dunham, who recently said that white men have no idea what it's like to be under attack every day -- not like Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is, anyway.
During an interview with Page Six, Dunham talked about her own plight and experience being scrutinized for her important work on the HBO series Girls.
I'm "used to the intense scrutiny and some of the kind of hatred we’ve received around [Girls], but every day Hillary is campaigning against a set of odds that none of the other candidates can even imagine," Dunham said.
"The other candidates are white men and they cannot understand, even if they can understand it intellectually, what it’s like to be under that kind of attack, and I’m so impressed by the way she continues to soldier forth."
No. But actual soldiers know what it's like to be under actual attack every day and understand what it means to "soldier forth."
