A new American Military Intelligence dossier reveals that Adolf Hitler was "a regular user" of methamphetamines, The Independent reports.

The 47-page dossier states that the hypochondriac Hitler used over 74 different medications, becoming an addict with the help of his Berlin-based doctor. Drugs listed that he used included Mutaflor to relieve stomach cramps, barbiturates and morphine-based sedatives, bulls' semen to boost testosterone, stimulants, and an "alertness pill" consisting of crystal meth.

Hitler was said to have injected methamphetamines during his final days in his bunker.

Another claim of the dossier says Hitler's two-hour rant during his last meeting with Mussolini in 1943 was a result of his meth cocktails.

A new documentary, Hitler's Hidden Drug Habit, is based on these findings.
