Reality show TV host Donald Trump coasted to victory on Tuesday night, nabbing all 58 of Arizona's delegates in the winner-take-all contest. Cruz countered Trump's Arizona victory with one of his own in Utah, garnering more than 50% of the vote and winning all the delegates in that state:

By capturing at least 50 percent of the vote in Utah, Cruz won all 40 delegates at stake, slightly offsetting Trump’s 58 delegates in Arizona. If no candidate had exceeded 50 percent, the delegates would have been awarded proportionally, a significant loss for Republicans scrambling to stop Trump from securing the party nomination ahead of what increasingly looks like a contested GOP convention this summer.

Trump continues to lead the delegate race with 739 while Cruz has 465. In order to secure the nomination, a candidate needs to win at least 1237 delegates.

Even a terrorist attack in Belgium did not affect yesterday's election sparring. Social media was peppered with "bickering" between Cruz and Trump:

On Twitter, Trump accused the Texas senator of using a provocative photo of his wife, Melania, in an ad attacking his campaign.

“Lyin’ Ted Cruz just used a picture of Melania from a GQ shoot in his ad,” Trump wrote. “Be careful, Lyin’ Ted, or I will spill the beans on your wife!”

Cruz responded, “Pic of your wife not from us,” he wrote. “Donald, if you try to attack Heidi, you’re more of a coward than I thought.”

The next Republican lineup will be on April 5, in Wisconsin.
