With three of the top five grossing films of 2014, a couple of network TV series and several major films scheduled over the next decade, it seems Marvel Studios has a strangle-hold on the entertainment industry.
Wednesday, two of Marvel's biggest super hero stars from last year turned their sites on the sports world, namely The Super Bowl, and it looks like kids with cancer will be the beneficiaries of their fervent team loyalties.
It turns out actor Chris Evans, who plays Captain America is a big New England Patriots fan. Chris Pratt, the actor who played Star-Lord in last Summer's Guardians of the Galaxy film is a Seattle Seahawks fan. The two took to Twitter and the smack was flying:
