Celebrity, sex, and women's fashion site Jezebel.com is praising Vice President Joe Biden for his comments against domestic violence in a Tuesday NBC Today show appearance.

A video clip was included on the site so viewers could "watch the whole glorious Biden-ing." Biden, co-creator of 1994's Violence Against Women act, was responding to the recent release of the Ray Rice domestic violence video. Biden said:

It's never, never, never the woman's fault. No man has a right to raise a hand to a woman.

The one regret I have is we call it domestic violence as if it's a domesticated cat. It is the most vicious form of violence there is, because not only the physical scars are left, the psychological scars that are left. This whole culture for so long has put the onus on the woman. What were you wearing? What did you say? What did you do to provoke? That is never the appropriate question.

Biden also issued a challenge to college presidents to take responsibility and ensure women's safety on campus. Not only that, he added, but to provide psychological, medical, and, "if need be," legal support.

Jezebel readers were impressed making comments such as, "panties OFF," and "This is why Joe Biden is my fantasy internet boyfriend," and, "Oh Joe, be still my heart! There are really no words for how much I love that man!"
