'American Crime Story' to Cover Lewinsky Sex Scandal As 'Right-Wing' Plot to Destroy Bubba

"A right-ring group of people"

Following up on the tremendous success of The People vs. O.J. Simpson, the hit FX series American Crime Story will cover the Monica Lewinsky-Bill Clinton sex scandal as a "right wing" plot to "tear down" President Bubba.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Ryan Murphy Productions, which produced the series, has optioned yet another book from left-wing CNN legal analyst Jeffrey Tobin, whose title A Vast Conspiracy: The Real Sex Scandal That Nearly Brought Down a President invites audiences to partake in an insufferable trip down Biased Memory Lane.

Back in February, screenwriter Ryan Murphy flaunted the series' biased leanings, describing it as a “right-wing” plot to “tear down” President Clinton, in which Republicans use “the other women” as pawns in their game of domination.

“It’s not really about Hillary Clinton. That book is about the rise of a certain segment of a right-ring group of people who despised the Clintons and used three women, Paula Jones, Monica Lewinsky and Linda Tripp to try and tear him down,” Murphy said.

Murphy neglects the fact that nobody, be they Republican or otherwise, forced President Clinton to turn the oval office into a boudoir, and then lie about it before the American people and to Congress. No "vast conspiracy" there.

No set cast members have been assigned to play the title roles, nor have any determinations been made as to when this season will air. Season 2 will focus on the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina while Season 3 will focus on the 1997 assassination of Italian fashion designer Gianni Versace, both of which will also probably be blamed on Republican conspiracies.
