Donald Trump praised the people of Indiana as he acknowledged that he is the presumptive nominee for the Republican nominee.

"The people are so smart, they get it," Trump said.

Trump claimed that there were $8 million spent in ads to try and defeat him versus the $900,000 that he says he spent to win. Regardless he said, the new target is not a fellow Republican but the presumptive Democratic nominee.

"We are going after Hillary Clinton," Trump said.

"She will not be a great president, she will not be a good president, she will be a poor president. She doesn't understand trade," Trump added. "Her husband signed perhaps in the history of the world, the single worst trade deal ever done, it is called NAFTA."

NAFTA, the North American Free Trade Agreement, was originally agreed to by President George H.W. Bush, Canada's then-Conservative Prime Minister Brian Mulroney, and Bill Clinton alongside Canada's then-Liberal Prime Minister Jean Chretien and Mexican President Carlos Salinas. It came into force and was ratified after Clinton had taken office and Canada had switched to a Liberal government under Clinton golfing and fishing buddy Chretien.

The agreement brought Mexico into the free trade agreement that was brokered by Ronald Reagan and Canada's Mulroney in the mid '90s.
