Try as she might to distance herself from this administration, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is directly responsible for the destabilization of the Middle East and the Maghreb which in turn led directly to the rise of ISIS.
Former New York City Mayor and Republican presidential contender Rudy Giuliani even referred to Clinton on Wednesday as a "founding member of ISIS."
His words are not just partisan hyperbole.
During an interview with Fox News host Bill O'Reilly, Giuliani linked the Democrat frontrunner to President Obama's disastrous foreign policy.
"She had her chance to (rally people against ISIS) -- she helped create ISIS. Hillary Clinton could be considered a founding member of ISIS," Giuliani said.
"By being part of an administration withdrew from Iraq. By being part of an administration that let (Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki) run Iraq into the ground, so you forced the Shiites to make a choice. By not intervening in Syria at the proper time. By being part of an administration that drew twelve lines in the sand and made a joke out of it."
O'Reilly asserted that Clinton shouldn't be held responsible for the decisions of President Obama and that the only way she could have taken a stand against him would have been to resign her role as Secretary of State.
"Yeah...which is what a patriot does," retorted Giuliani.
