Piers Morgan has been quite the free-speech warrior of late and, as a member of mainstream media, has even done the unthinkable in defending Donald Trump.
Of course his outspokenness doesn't sit well with the Social Justice Warriors, who seem to have nothing but time on their hands to feign self-righteous indignation on Twitter and the like.
Morgan's latest comments surround late boxing legend, Muhammad Ali, who received an outpouring of love on social media following his death. Well, Morgan pointed out that Ali made incredibly racist comments in the past -- ones more inflammatory than anything GOP nominee Donald Trump has ever said.
Morgan's sarcasm is spot-on and his irreverence, I've no choice but to admit, is a breath of fresh air. Of course it didn't stop the SJWs from challenging him:
Right, right... it's all about "white privilege" and fighting "injustice." Those are always the excuses leftists use to justify abhorrent behavior when it suits them.
And of course where would we be if not for the celebrity peanut gallery? Musician John Legend and his wife, Chrissy Teigen, weighed in to blast Morgan on his apparent "racism," to which Morgan replied:
Thankfully, none of the moronic drivel has thus far deterred Morgan, as you'll see by the following tweets in which he doubles down on, well, the #truth:
Amen, Piers.
