Holder Snarks on Obama's Basketball Game

"The President is from Hawaii"

Attorney General Eric Holder dished out some smack talk at the National Press Club about Obama's...basketball game.

Holder was asked to compared Obama's basketball skills to his own, to which Holder responded:

“I’m from New York City, the home of basketball players like Nate “Tiny” Archibald, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Julius “The Doctor” Erving, Connie Hawkins, you know, Chris Mullin. The president is from Hawaii,” Holder said, drawing a few laughs.

But he did "defer" his boss. "Now, I’m just saying that his background, he’s a good ballplayer. He’s got a real good left hand. He has the ability to drive. He’s 10 years younger than I am. He’s in better shape, he’s still my boss."

Holder insisted he still has "game."

“Viewed in isolation, it is clear that I still have it,” the attorney general jokes. “I mean, I had on a tie, I had on these shoes, you know, it was sweet.”
