The link leads to the State Department's website about the Our Ocean Conference 2014, which covers oceans and pollution and global warming and Not Benghazi™. With all the VA and State Department have going on, it should certainly inspire confidence and mollify most Americans to see the time and effort they are putting into making sure whales have timely medical appointments.
That State Department website, by the way, prominently features quotes from Rachel Carson, of recent Google Doodle fame. Isn't government grand?
