Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) on Sunday predicted that in the upcoming mid-term elections, Republicans are going to finally retire Harry Reid.
"I believe we're on the cusp of an election that's going to do just that," Cruz told CNN's Candy Crowley on State of the Union.
When asked how certain he is about his prediction, Cruz responded:
Nothing's certain in politics, but I think it is far more likely than not that we'll retake the Senate and retire Harry Reid.
Republicans need to take six Senate seats to accomplish this goal. The election is in just more than two weeks.
