Earlier on Friday, TruthRevolt reported that CNN host Reza Aslan has had a long history of calling Donald Trump and his sons pieces of “shit” on Twitter. Slowly, his profane messages have been disappearing off the net, but there are plenty of screenshots available for posterity. But after recently posting, “This piece of shit is not just an embarrassment to America and a stain on the presidency. He's an embarrassment to humankind,” CNN has apparently had enough and will not renew the Iranian-American’s show, Believer:

"CNN has decided to not move forward with production on the acquired series ‘Believer with Reza Aslan.’ We wish Reza and his production team all the best."

Aslan posted his criticism just after the London Bridge attacks when President Trump called to renew his travel ban. He did try apologizing: "I should have used better language to express my shock and frustration at the president's lack of decorum and sympathy for the victims of London. I apologize for my choice of words." But it's a little too late for that:

CNN has apparently grown some balls because just before giving Aslan the ax, Kathy Griffin was on the receiving end for her stunt with Trump’s bloody head. She will no longer co-host CNN’s New Year’s Eve.
