Dr. Ben Carson is under an all-out assault from the media. That's no surprise, as he and Donald Trump stand neck and neck as front runners in national polls. But the media's microscope is out and being used to its fullest extent. Yet, it is focused on matters Carson has considered settled for nearly five decades. But these "hard-hitting" journalists just have to get to the bottom of his dirt pile, and so they are literally looking for a needle in a haystack. They are looking for something scandalous in his faith, his past, and are only left confounded when they find a picture of Carson with Jesus hanging in his own home. But by golly, they will find something or beat a bunch of nothing into the ground until there is nothing left of his presidential hopes.

And they tried just that in a recent grilling session over his West Point college scholarship, where Carson erupted with a brilliant backhand to the media by asking them, where was all of this scrutiny for Barack Obama?

After over seven minutes of unsatisfied journalists lobbing the same questions back and forth, Carson finally stopped them to make this great point:

I do not remember this level of scrutiny for one President Barack Obama when he was running. In fact, I remember just the opposite. 

He then reminded how the media largely ignored Obama's troubling relationships with Frank Marshall Davis, Bill Ayers, and Rev. Jeremiah Wright. Carson, like most other conservatives, is still aghast that the media don't care about Obama's sealed records and used the opportunity to call them out:

[Obama] goes to Occidental College, doesn't do all that well, and somehow ends up at Columbia University… His records are sealed. Why is his records sealed? Why are you guys not interested in why his records are sealed? Why are you not interested in that? Can somebody tell me why, please?… Why have you not investigated that?

Crickets was the answer, and Carson pressed on. It's a good watch and must be seen:
