Anthony Weiner's boss, Michael Kempner is throwing a fundraiser for Hillary Clinton but the husband of Clinton aide Huma Abedin, won't be in attendance.

Weiner has been kept away from Hillary since his second sexting scandal first broke in 2013, even though Weiner’s wife, Huma Abedin, has a bigger role than ever in Clinton’s presidential campaign.

Kempner will be hosting a fundraiser for Hillary Clinton at his house in Cresskill, NJ on September 24.

“He was not only not invited,” said one source. “He was specifically told not to show up just in case he had any plans to.”

Weiner was hired by Kempner, who is one of Hillary's biggest campaign bundlers, back in July and put on the board of advisers at MWW, Kempner's public relations firm.

“Anthony Weiner is an expert on public policy and will not be expected to service clients directly,” the company said at the time.

Interesting choice of words.
