Notorious leftist hothead Alec Baldwin will be returning to television later this month as executive producer and host of ABC's re-booted game show Match Game, which will premier on June 26.
Baldwin's rise to yet another prominent position on a major television network illustrates perfectly Hollywood's bias against conservatives.
After having called a reporter a "c-ck sucking f-g," Baldwin lost his hosting position for MSNBC back in 2013, but since the actor has long championed leftist values, even going as far to blame the Iraq war on global warming once, television will welcome him back with open arms.
Had Baldwin been a conservative like his lesser-known acting brother Stephen, no such charity would be afforded to him.
Case-in-point: chef Paula Deen's entire cooking empire came to a crumbling halt when the Food Network discovered she had once used the N-word several decades prior to becoming a national icon.
However, since Baldwin promotes the necessary left-wing narrative such as comparing climate change skeptics to the mentally ill, he enjoys a lifetime supply of get-out-of-jail-free cards from the Hollywood establishment.
