Actor Alec Baldwin, who MSNBC fired after calling a paparazzi a "c**ksucking f*g," believes skeptics of so-called "climate change" are "mentally ill."
Appearing at a "climate change" conference Thursday at the UN, Baldwin spewed more of his unhinged, self-righteous diatribe to an AFP reporter.
"There can be no successful climate agreement and no future for our planet without greater protection of the world’s forests. Everyone in the room understands this," said Baldwin.
But what about those who don't toe Baldwin's party line that way? Well, according to the actor known for hotheaded outbursts of emotional rage, they have something wrong upstairs.
"So much of what's coming on now is something that we have to treat as if it's a mental illness," said Baldwin. "I believe that climate change denial is a form of mental illness."
Though extreme, Baldwin's comments are still a far cry from those of "Science Guy" Bill Nye, who recently suggested that criminal charges perhaps ought to be brought against the supposed "deniers."
