MSNBC Guest Makes Racist Comment About Jindal

MSNBC’s Alex Wagner, attempting to derail any possible 2016 presidential candidacy of Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal, invited Arsalan Iftikhar, founder of TheMuslimGuy.com, to attack Jindal’s comments made this week in London regarding “no-go” zones. Iftikhar obliged, offering a racist comment that only the Left can get away with.

Jindal had originally told the Henry Jackson Society in London that some immigrants were seeking “to colonize western countries, because setting up your own enclave and demanding recognition of a no-go zone are exactly that.” He refused to back down when bitterly criticized by the media, telling CNN, “Well, I did say, 'so-called' no-go zones, and I think that the radical left absolutely wants to pretend like this problem is not here. Pretending it’s not here won’t make it go away.” He continued, “I knew that by speaking the truth we were going to make people upset … The huge issue, the big issue in non-assimilation is the fact that you have people that want to come to our country but not adopt our values, not adopt our language and in some cases want to set apart their own enclaves and hold on to their own values. I think that’s dangerous.”

Wagner snapped to Iftikhar, “Somehow this is all the fault of the radical left.”

Iftikhar did his host’s bidding, responding, “Yeah, you know, I think Gov. Jindal is protesting a bit too much. He might be trying to scrub some of the brown off his skin as he runs to the right in a Republican presidential exploratory bid.”

Ignoring the very statement he had just made, Iftikhar hilariously continued, “I think it’s the worst common denominator of American politics to marginalize any minority demographic group, and I’m pretty sure that Governor Jindal will come to his senses in the next couple of days.”

MSNBC later said it would not have Iftikhar back on their network. Iftikhar remained defiant, saying, “I will apologize to Bobby Jindal when he apologizes to seven million American Muslims for advancing the debunked ‘Muslim no-go zones’ myth.” According to OpenSecrets.org, Iftikhar donated at least $250 dollars to Barack Obama in 2004 and listed his occupation as Council On American-Islamic Relations (CAIR).
