Campus Reform reports that The University of Rochester Medical Center is looking to hire a high-level position that will fill all of your social justice needs: Diversity and Inclusion Education Director. 

Key things you need to know about the job:

The director will consult for the school's "aesthetics committee regarding culturally sensitive physical space including artwork," and advise on "accessibility, gender-neutral space, (and) visual microagressions." 

Applicants must have experience in "diversity, inclusion, and cultural competency planning and instruction."

If this job isn't quite the right fit, or you don't make the cut, Middlebury is hiring "someone with an intersectional lens" and knowledge of "restorative justice principles" to be their Director of Diversity Education who will be paid around $60,000 to "facilitate difficult conversations" on "microagressions, bias, cultural capacity, inclusive pedagogy, diversity hiring practices, etc." 

Stanford University Medical School also has a woke opportunity! They are hiring a Manager of Inclusion and Culture Strategy whose main task will be to educate professors on "unconscious bias, microaggressions, change management for diversity, and other diversity and inclusion leadership topics."
