Librarian Who Refused ‘Racist’ Dr. Seuss Books from Trump Loved Them When Obama was President

"Horton Hears a Hypocrite" — Fox News

Remember Liz Phipps Soeiro? She’s the elementary school librarian from Cambridge, Massachusetts, who refused the gift of Dr. Seuss books from First Lady Melania Trump because she considered them “racist propaganda.” But photos have surfaced of Soeiro wearing the famous hat from The Cat in the Hat and holding one of those “racist” tomes.

Below is a photo from 2015, when Barack Obama was president and apparently Dr. Seuss wasn’t racist at all, that shows Soeiro holding Green Eggs and Ham dressed as the Cat in the Hat. There is also a picture of her serving a green-colored breakfast to her students.

Another picture emerged, too, of Soeiro celebrating the birthday of Dr. Seuss:

Soeiro said she would not be keeping Mrs. Trump’s books because her library doesn’t need them and she offered titles of a more social justice and gender identity variety for the Trumps to distribute next time.

Again, no problem when these two were pushing Dr. Seuss:

But when this one does: RACISM!!!

Fox News nailed it: "Horton hears a hypocrite."
