UCLA Communists Disrupt Republican Event, Call for Overthrow of U.S.

"Illegal immigrants are not the real criminals. The criminals are this country and the entire system that feeds on the exploitation and people of the world.”

At a recent event hosted by the UCLA Bruin Republicans, members of the school’s communist “Revolution Club” protested the appearance of an anti-illegal immigration activist by standing on an American flag and calling for the overthrow of the country.

True to the radical left's rejection of free speech, the protesters chanted over and shouted at panelists during the event on Thursday, as The College Fix reports.

Keynote speaker Sabine Durden actively campaigns for Donald Trump and advocates for national security and strong borders. Her son, a former 9/11 dispatcher, was killed by an illegal immigrant. Her presence at the event, titled “Sabine Durden: An Illegal Immigrant Killed My Child,” drew the Revolution Club and other hateful radicals out of the woodwork, calling for open borders and condemning her use of the term “illegal aliens.”

The College Fix reports that at one point Durden was verging on tears.

“I don’t mind anything you have to say, whether if you agree with me or not, but it’s incredibly hard to be here and talk about my son,” Durden said. “I expect you guys to be somewhat respectful.” That was not a reasonable expectation, as anyone who is familiar with college radicals knows, because the event continued to be frequently disrupted. The student hosts and audience members pleaded with the police officers in the room to keep order, but the officers did nothing. That's because on college campuses today, the police are there only to protect the protesters from violent Republicans.

One protester who had been humming throughout the event escalated into full-on chanting and drumming.

Among the questions from the visibly angry audience members were, “How do we begin to address the history of genocide and the history of colonization before we go and mark the undocumented community as a whole as being a criminal identity?”

“The undocumented community are criminals by law,” Durden told them. “You have to take care of your own first before you can take care of others. So if I take care of my American people that have a right to be here first, and we have enough American criminals. We don’t need new criminals that aren’t even supposed to be here.”

Her protesters objected to calling them “illegals,” and Durden explained, “I’m going to continue to call then illegal aliens. I got a resident alien's card. Even if it’s 2 percent [of criminal activity] by illegal aliens, it’s 2 percent too many. … I’ve met so many moms and dads and family members who lost their loved ones because of illegal alien crime. … We have to stop the bleeding.”

Outside the event, the protestors stood on an American flag and called for a total communist revolution. They chanted,

“Is America great today when it wages a genocide against black and brown people… It’s murdering pigs, it’s murdering police shoot them down without any consequence? Hell no. This whole system is criminal. This event is promoting a racist, fascist, xenophobic agenda. Illegal immigrants are not the real criminals. The criminals are this country and the entire system that feeds on the exploitation and people of the world.”

They also demanded a world “without order for a world free of exploitation and oppression.” A world without order? These idiots need safe spaces to handle the trauma of reading Shakespeare (or at least they would if colleges taught Shakespeare anymore) -- how do they expect to survive a world without order?

When a passerby suggested the group leave America if they hated it that much, they responded: “No thanks, we’d rather overthrow it.”

Thanks for your honesty. Now move to Russia.
