Sheriff Clarke: No, Hillary, You're the Racist

"A classic case of the pot calling the kettle black."

Wisconsin County Sheriff David Clarke appeared on Fox & Friends Weekend and scolded Hillary Clinton for calling Donald Trump a racist by reminding her that she represents the party of racism.

"This is a classic case of the pot calling the kettle black," Clarke said. He then carefully decimated Clinton over her relationship with Planned Parenthood and the Democratic Party as a whole -- and he used his pet name for the presidential candidate:

"Mrs. Bill Clinton is a recipient of the Margaret Sanger Award, as you know, the founder of Planned Parenthood. She was a eugenicist who supported the extermination of the black race. She called the black race a ‘weed.’ She [Clinton] embraces that award, she embraces the support of an organization, Planned Parenthood, that kills more black babies than any other race.

"This is a party, the Democrat Party, that stood in the way of the Civil Rights Act in 1964, that stood in the way of Lincoln trying to free the slaves, that embraced and endorsed and voted for Sen. Robert Byrd, a former Klansman. They welcomed him into the party as they did George Wallace, who stood in the schoolhouse door and said, 'Segregation today, segregation tomorrow, segregation forever.'"

Given that Clinton's party is the one historically tied to racism, Clarke said, "I'm not going to sit up here and be lectured by Mrs. Bill Clinton about who's a racist or who is not a racist."

Earlier, Clarke lambasted the overuse of the word "racist" and how because of that, it has lost all its meaning:

"You're a racist. I'm a racist. Everybody's a racist. This word gets overused, it hardly has any meaning anymore."

The sheriff added his thoughts to the presidential race, saying Republicans are playing "Russian Roulette with a semi-automatic hand gun" if they don't unify behind the GOP nominee, which all indicators point to Trump. For those that are making a stand against the New York billionaire, Clarke said they shouldn't be taking it out on him but their favored candidate "who could not connect with the voters to win this nomination."

Sheriff Clarke didn't declare himself a Trump supporter but said ensuring Hillary Clinton isn't our next president is more important than any personal feelings about her rival.

Instead of #NeverTrump, Clarke added, "They're going to have to start saying, '#NeverMrsBillClinton.'"

The Freedom Center is a 501c3 non-profit organization. Therefore we do not endorse political candidates either in primary or general elections. However, as defenders of America’s social contract, we insist that the rules laid down by both parties at the outset of campaigns be respected, and that the results be decided by free elections. We will oppose any attempt to rig the system and deny voters of either party their constitutional right to elect candidates of their choice.
