Photo of ISIS Flag at NYC Attack Site Appeared Online Two Months Ago


A group that monitors terrorist threats online discovered an image of the ISIS flag displayed near the spot in New York City where Uzbekistan national Sayfullo Saipov carried out his truck jihad on Halloween. Was this a coincidence, or an ominous threat of what was to come?

Two months ago in August, SITE Intelligence Group distributed the following photo of an unidentified person holding a phone displaying the ISIS flag less than one mile away from the site of the terror attack that happened on Tuesday:
