Documentary filmmaker Michael Moore, no fan of "stupid white men" like Donald Trump, is nonetheless urging his cohorts on the left not to become complacent after last night's first presidential debate of 2016. While Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton's supporters are obviously viewing her performance as a victory, Moore cautioned them that unless they get out there and do something about it, Trump is destined to take the presidency in November.
According to The Hill, Moore took to Twitter Tuesday, complaining that Clinton had "too much preparation, too much class," and that he wished she had gone "full throttle" on Trump:
Moore worried that Hillary supporters were doing an "end-zone dance again when still on 50-yd line," and tried to rouse his fellow progressives to actively oppose Trump:
