The rousing welcome President Trump received from the Boy Scouts at their National Jamboree in West Virginia on Monday was more than leftists could handle — mostly because 40,000 scouts actually cheered for the president, chanting a loud chorus of “We love Trump!” But also because Trump got in a few licks of his own, blasting Obama and fake news.

Trump could barely make it through his prepared speech as it was regularly interrupted by shouts from the audience. One scout yelling “I love you” to the president sent the crowd into the aforementioned chant. Trump applauded their efforts and asked, “Did President Obama ever come to a Jamboree?”

The crowd jeered loudly and Trump promised to come back again.

Yes, Trump blasted Hillary Clinton and fake news, too, but he also encouraged the young scouts:

“You can do anything, you can be anything you want to be, but in order to succeed, you must find out what you love to do. You have to find your passion no matter what they tell you.”

Since when did the Left start sticking up for the "anti-gay" Boy Scouts? Remember when the scouts participated in the Democratic National Convention and were booed by the delegates waving signs and screaming at children? And why does the Left always pretend to take the moral high ground when calling out Trump? Have they already forgotten?
