'Empire' Co-Creator: Vote for Hillary Clinton

"...make sure Clinton is in that f—ing office and taking care of us."

The co-creator of Fox hit show Empire Lee Daniels spoke out against presidential candidate Donald Trump at the Human Rights Gala in Los Angeles last Saturday night.

"I'm not afraid of anything," Daniels said. "I've dodged bullets — real bullets before — but now I'm afraid because these motherf—ers are coming for us, y'all."

Daniels told the audience "to do the right thing" and vote for Hillary Clinton.

Although he never mentioned Trump by name, Daniels warned, "He's taking over — he's coming in to take us down, y'all, and this is serious business. Let's do the right thing and make sure Clinton is in that f—ing office and taking care of us."

"I don't think you realize how much they're coming for us," Daniels added. "And this is not a joke. I've watched everyone make light of what is going on. They are coming for every one of you. White people are not excluded — they're coming for us."

"It's time for us to do the right thing. I'm not laughing, this ain't funny," Daniels said.

The Freedom Center is a 501c3 non-profit organization. Therefore we do not endorse political candidates either in primary or general elections. However, as defenders of America’s social contract, we insist that the rules laid down by both parties at the outset of campaigns be respected, and that the results be decided by free elections. We will oppose any attempt to rig the system and deny voters of either party their constitutional right to elect candidates of their choice.
