Is there any originality left in the world? Yet another talking head has declared a move to Canada if Donald Trump is elected president. At least that's a little more cogent than The View host Raven-Symonè's vow to "move to Canada with her entire family" if a "Republican is nominated."
MSNBC host and race agitator Al Sharpton told attendees at a Center for American Progress Action Fund event on Thursday that he would flee if The Donald makes it to the Oval Office.
Do us a favor, Al, would you?
Sharpton shared his fuzzy logic with the crowd, saying Trump would likely have him "deported anyway":
“If Donald Trump is the nominee, I’m open to support anyone [else], while I’m also reserving my ticket to get out of here if he wins, only because he’d probably have me deported anyway,” Sharpton told attendees, who responded in laughter.
Sharpton did not explain why, exactly, he thinks he'd be deported. Either he's not telling us something about his place of birth or he's just bad at delivering humor. Either way, we hope he'll make good on his promise if the time comes.
