Rapper Snoop Dogg, a.k.a. the D.O. double gizzle, put out a new song and accompanying video with a cast of clowns, featuring an orange-faced Trump clown who ends up on the business end of Snoop’s gun at the story’s climax.
The rapper said that the single "BADBADNOTGOOD" deals “with the real issue with this f***ing clown as president, and the sh*t that we dealing with out here,” according to Pitchfork.
“Clown Trump” is depicted in chains, pining for a drag of marijuana. Snoop eventually pulls out a gun on the parody president and pulls the trigger. Out pops a “BANG” flag, but the message is clear.
At one point in the video, Snoop is sitting on a golden weed throne flanked by paintings of the Founding Fathers and raps, “I’m from the home of the brave, land of the gang bang.”
Other commentary includes “f*** the police” and “Ronald Klump wants to deport all doggs.”
Here’s what Snoop had to say about his video:
“The ban that this motherf**ker tried to put up; him winning the presidency; police being able to kill motherf**kers and get away with it; people being in jail for weed for 20, 30 years and motherf**kers that’s not black on the streets making money off of it -- but if you got color or ethnicity connected to your name, you’ve been wrongfully accused or locked up for it, and then you watching people not of color position themselves to get millions and billions off of it. It’s a lot of clown sh*t going on that we could just sit and talk on the phone all day about, but it’s a few issues that we really wanted to lock into [for the video] like police, the president and just life in general.”
And that’s the shizzle, my nizzle.
