On Friday, the White House announced that Vice President Joe Biden will be traveling to Nashua, New Hampshire. He will be attending an “event highlighting workforce development and the value of on-the-job training opportunities.” The White House said that additional trip details would be released shortly.
Biden has repeatedly made clear his intention to run for president in 2016, despite polls showing him trailing former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton dramatically. According to the January WMUR Granite State poll from the University of New Hampshire, Hillary leads Biden by a 74 percent to 10 percent margin in the state. 16 percent of likely Democratic voters said they would definitely not vote for Biden, as opposed to five percent who said Hillary Clinton.
