Google Censoring More Conservative and Christian Content

YouTube demonetizing hundreds of videos.

Earlier this month, TruthRevolt reported on the popular pro-Trump duo Diamond and Silk getting flagged on YouTube for their content being “not suitable for all advertisers.” The ladies said 95% of their videos were demonetized and they believed it was because of their enthusiastic support for the president. But now, there are others coming forward to say their YouTube videos have been demonetized and also not suitable for advertisers, as Ace of Spades HQ reported.

Gad Saad, a professor and outspoken critic of Islam, announced on Facebook that a free speech event he was speaking at had been canceled and a YouTube video he posted about the situation on his channel had been flagged:

Again, Saad said, “We are doomed. I don’t know what else to say. @youtube [If people don’t rise up, freedom of speech will disappear.]”

Then, there is Michael Brown, a seminary professor and syndicated talk show host, that noticed strange activity on his YouTube channel, as he wrote in The Christian Post:

Last Thursday night, I noticed that YouTube demonetized my interview with a former KKK Grand Dragon who is now an associate pastor in an African American church, claiming it was "Not suitable for all advertisers"? Why wouldn't it be? It was a great, positive, redemptive story, one that the whole world should hear. Why flag it?

The demonetizing of this video was the first thing that got my attention, but I thought to myself, "It's probably because it has KKK in the title."

For months now, we had noticed that almost any video we had with "Islam" in the title would get demonetized. But when we would request a review from YouTube, some of the videos would get reinstated.

Still, we had seen a drop of more than 65% in our AskDrBrown YouTube income, despite producing more, not less videos.

“Literally, in front of my eyes, I watched the pages grow – from 2 pages, to 5, to 7, to 10, to 15, to 20, to, 32 pages, each with 30 videos — so, more than 900 videos,” Brown continued. “It wasn't individual videos being flagged. It was our account that was flagged.”

Speaking on behalf of Diamond and Silk, Prager U, Paul Joseph Watson, or anyone else who has been censored on YouTube, “We will not be silenced.”
