Bad news for Hillary.
The latest poll from CNN/ORC shows Senator Bernie Sanders leading Hillary Clinton in the Iowa caucuses by 8 points.
Sanders weighed in with 51 percent while Clinton had 43 percent.
Sanders' lead is in part built on his economic policies. Democratic caucus-goers said they trust the Vermont senator over Clinton on the economy by 22 points, and 67% said they thought he would do more to help the middle class, as opposed to 30% who felt that way about Clinton.
But Clinton leads on on foreign policy by 40 percent and is also seen as more likely to win the general election by 60% to 38%.
The Iowa caucuses are just over a week away.
