Actress Lola Kirke (Mozart in the Jungle) walked down the red carpet wearing an expensive pink dress with a not-so-expensive matching pink “F*** Paul Ryan” pin. It was all the rage, according to The Huffington Post.
Kirke “worked” it, HuffPo added.
Apparently, the actress has been accessorizing with different colors of the pin ever since House Speaker Paul Ryan announced the GOP’s plan to defund abortion giant Planned Parenthood. She bragged about one such occasion on Instagram while she attended W magazine’s It Girl luncheon:
She could also be seen hours before her red carpet premiere wearing the same pin for a pre-Golden Globes party. It was a “standout moment,” according to HuffPo.
Kirke was also praised by the liberal publication for making a bold stance for feminism by showing up to the red carpet with man-length armpit hair. (Pics if you dare.)
“Lola Kirke has no time for critics of her body choices,” Cavan Sieczkowski wrote. “Now, get over it. Bye, haters.”
Kirke again posted to Instagram, “Thanks to all you beautiful people who didn’t send me death threats on account of my #awesome #hairyarmpits! You rule.”
Internet trolls strike again, sniping from mother’s basement.
But onward for feminism!
